The SuperShow VIII credits roll and we join Tim and Rhett at ring side!

Owens: We're in the D-Town Arena in Dallas, Texas! It's live! It's SuperShow VIII! Welcome one and all from me Tim Owens and my broadcast partner Rhett Malcom! Tell everyone what we have in store for them here tonight Rhett!
Malcom: Tonight friends the Heavyweight Championship defended in a Triple Threat Match as Duros defends against Chad Michaels and Fnord. Also Logan Gable will put the Openweight Championship on the line as he takes on Dave Bermingham.
Owens: The Television Championship will also be on the line as Guerrero del Mundo II defends against former champion Trent Bradley in an "I Quit" Match. But right now, we've got a eight man battle royal with the winner receiving a special prize from Kyle Williams! That kicks out SuperShow VIII right now!

Battle Royal
Anders Bjornsson vs. Matt Green vs. Christopher Stevenson vs. Se7en vs. Black Death vs. Rob Hollands vs. Eddie T vs. Chris West

All eight men entered the ring and hesitated as they stared each other down before the starting bell rang. As soon as the match started they all looked at each other for a split second and everyone agreed to attack Black Death, the biggest and baddest man in the ring! BD breaks free from the crowd and starts exchanging pushes Se7en into the far corner. West and Eddie T pair up as “veterans” and go after the rookies in Matt Green and Christopher Stevenson. In another corner Hollands grabs Bjornsson by the head and starts tosses him in the corner. All of the competitors continue fighting going back and forth with no one seeming to have an edge in the competition as of yet.

Owens: Anyone could win this match, it’s pretty exciting!
Malcom: Black Death has to be the favorite of this match.
Owens: As the biggest guy in the match, he’s probably the biggest target.
Malcom: That’s true, we already saw everyone try and push him over the top rope, but they failed and he fought back!

BD pounds Se7en down to the mat in the corner as Hollands sends Bjornsson crashing into the back of BD with an Irish whip. BD turns around and grabs the fallen Bjornsson by the throat and lifts him high up into the air. He goes to throw him over the top rope when Hollands rushes over and kicks him in the gut. Bjornsson uses this to his advantage and wiggles free from BD’s grip and teams up with Hollands to try and get the big man over the top rope. West and Eddie T work together beating down Green and lift him up over the top rope. He lands feet first on the ring apron and grabs Eddie T by the head. He falls down to the ring apron bringing Eddie T with him toppling over the top rope and to the outside of the ring. Green rolls back into the ring under the bottom rope to get a stomp from West in the gut.

Kingston: Eddie T has been eliminated!

Owens: Eddie T’s been eliminated from the battle royal!
Malcom: Green got him when he wasn’t expecting it and pulled him out of the ring. I really like him. If Black Death wasn’t so big, I’d put money on Green taking home the win tonight.

Hollands goes for a headbutt on BD, but he blocks it and grabs both Hollands and Bjornsson by their heads. He brings them both crashing together and they fall down to the mat. He turns back around to face Se7en who has already risen to his feet. Se7en hops to the second turnbuckle and lunges at Black Death with a double axe handle. Black Death catches him in a belly-to-belly suplex position and hurls him out of the ring! Se7en goes flying out of the ring over the top rope and comes crashing down to the outside.

Kingston: Se7en has been eliminated!

BD turns around just in time to get kicked in the gut by Stevenson and then hit with a DDT bringing him down to the mat. Stevenson calls everyone in for reinforcements and the whole group complies. Stevenson picks BD back up to his feet as Hollands, Green, West, Bjornsson surround the two men. They all team up to push BD against the ropes and try and get him over when Bjornsson accidentally elbows West in the face. West staggers backwards holding his face and getting angry. He runs at Bjornsson and tackles him down to the mat pouring lefts and rights into him. Stevenson, Green and Hollands together can’t get BD out of the ring and BD hits Green with a hard headbutt that sends him flying backwards. BD pushes both Stevenson and Hollands back away from him and then runs at him hitting them both simultaneously with a clothesline.

Owens: Se7en has been eliminated and now Black Death is on a rampage!
Malcom: West got cheap-shotted in the face and his now very angry as well.

West brings Bjornsson up to his feet and goes to throw him out at the same time that BD gets up to his own feet. He sees the two men by the ropes and goes running at them. He grabs a leg each and flips both Bjornsson and West over the top rope and to the outside of the ring! West not even realizing that he was eliminated continues to pound away on Bjornsson as Green runs up and hits BD in the back of the knee with a dropkick.

Kingston: Bjornsson and Chris West have both been eliminated!

Green runs to the ropes as BD falls down to his knees. He bounces off the ropes and hits BD with a running clothesline that sends him falling backwards to the mat. Hollands and Stevenson both get up on opposite sides of the ring and eyeball each other at the same time. They rush together in the middle of the ring and lock up. Hollands gets the upper hand and locks in an arm bar onto Stevenson. He falls down to the mat holding Stevenson’s arm in a most awkward position. Green runs over and hits a quick leg drop to the neck of Hollands causing him to let go of Stevenson. Green grabs Hollands by the head and lifts him up. He sends him flying to the far corner with an Irish whip and follows shortly after hitting him with a body splash. He looks back and sees Stevenson climbing up to his feet and start to run towards the two men. Out of instinct, Green falls down to his hands and knees and lets himself be used by Stevenson to jump up into the air and hit Hollands with another huge body splash.

Owens: Wow! Both West and Bjornsson were eliminated at the same time but West still wants to fight!
Malcom: I find it odd that Green and Stevenson are working together. Are they a team or something?

Green gets up to his feet and goes to give Stevenson a high five, but Stevenson fakes him out and slaps Green in the face. A stunned Green twists around and gets grabbed from behind and hit with a release German suplex. He turns back around to go after Hollands again but he’s already up to his feet and pokes Stevenson in the eye. Hollands grabs Stevenson’s head and goes for a DDT, but BD is back up to his feet. He runs at both men and collides with him sending them both crumpling down to the mat. BD turns his attention back over to Green and steps on him using his massive size to smash the poor smaller man into the mat. BD lets out a guttural yell as he turns around to get hit with a quick spinning wheel kick from Stevenson that sends him stumbling backwards. As if a schoolyard prank, BD backs up and falls backwards over the rising Green. BD falls down to the mat and shakes the whole ring as Stevenson turns to face Hollands again but Hollands is already up to his feet! Hollands goes for a kick to Stevenson’s gut but it’s blocked! Stevenson grabs Hollands by the head and tosses him using his tights over the top rope. Hollands flies out of the ring and hits the mat enraged. He tries to go back into the ring, but the referees stop him.

Kingston: Rob Hollands has been eliminated!

Owens: Hollands is pissed that he just got eliminated!
Malcom: Now we’re down to three men and Black Death being so large probably means he’s gonna win!

Green and Stevenson get up to their feet and both look at BD who is also rising up. The two smaller men talk it out and shake hands on an agreement to take down the big man. They both run in unison at BD and hit him with a drop kick to each leg. He falls forward onto his knees as Stevenson puts his knee out in front of him and Green runs at the ropes. Green bounces off the ropes and goes for a bulldog on BD which also hits him with a gut buster onto Stevenson’s knee! Stevenson rolls BD over onto his back and hits him with a quick elbow drop to the chest. Stevenson goes for another elbow drop, but he’s caught off guard by a running Green who hits him with a spinning neck breaker! Green falls down and hooks Stevenson’s leg for a pin, but then realizes that it’s not a regular match! He quickly jumps up to his feet bringing Stevenson with him. He goes to throw Stevenson out of the ring but is caught by the throat by the massive hand of BD. BD lifts him up in the air and brings him crashing back down in the center of the ring with a huge choke slam! BD turns around and sees Stevenson rising up to his feet. He rushes over and grabs Stevenson by the throat and legs and lifts him up over his head with a Lou Thesz press. He presses him up and down a few times before launching him out of the ring over the top rope.

Kingston: Christopher Stevenson has been eliminated!

He grabs the top rope and lets out a yell before turning round to get hit with a spinning wheel kick by Green that sends him faltering backwards to the ropes. While trying to regain his composure and not fall out of the ring, Green runs against the opposite ropes and hits BD with a cross body block but BD holds onto him as he stumbles backwards. BD falls backwards over the top rope and down to the floor but Green grabbed the top rope at the last second and held on for dear life! He grabs the rope with his other hand and pulls himself back up to the ring apron. He quickly enters back in the ring as the referee calls for the bell.

**DING DING DING**

Kingston: The winner of this match… Matt Green!

With the Battle Royal over and Matt Green standing tall 'Cult of Personality' by Living Colour hits the P.A and G-2 President Kyle Williams makes his way onto the stage.

Wiliams: Congratulations Matt! Congradutulations! You've out lasted six other competitors and you have won the Kyle William Mystery Challenge. You're a luck guy do you know that? So lucky that your going to be the envy of all your friends, enemies and everyone you've ever met when I say to you that Matt Green, by winning this match you have been awarded a G-2 Heavyweight Championship match on next weeks Full Throttle! Be the champion Duros, Chad Michaels or Fnord - I am gaurenteeing you this shot simply because you won this match! And Black Death, you've been looking for me I hear? Think I've been avoiding you, eh? I'll give you your shot against either Guerrero del Mundo or Trent Bradley on next weeks Full Throttle too! Why am I doing these things? Well lets just say I'm feeling generous this week!

Matt Green can hardly hold in his excitment as Kyle Williams turns and walks backstage while his music plays. The crowd cheer with excitement at the prospect of the young rookie with the chance to make history.

Owens: I cannot believe what I just heard! Matt Green, the rookie, the wrestler who has had as many matches as you could count on one finger has just earned himself a Heavyweight Championship shot right out of the blue!
Malcom: The President of G-2 is always full of surprises. But with this reward comes a great responsiblity, Matt Green now has a target on his back because he's the young kid forced into a shot he may not fully deserve just yet! And if he managed to pick up the win, well he'd just be the most hated man in the G-2 locker room!
Owens: Kyle Williams may just have handed the rookie Matt Green a double edged sword here but, that is a-typical of the G-2 President as of late. He is unpredictable and who could have predicted this for Matt Green!? Folks, up next Guerrero del Mundo and Trent Bradley will go one on one in an 'I Quit' match with the Television Championship on the line! It's going to be one heck of a match!

Dressed in Team MOFO attire; baseball caps, wrist bands and of course the ever popular catch phrase t-shirts is the duo that make up the most infamous tag team in G-2 history – Team MOFO. They are of course Chad Michaels and Dave Bermingham. The pair stand in front of the camera looking very serious.

Chad: We are not amused.

Dave: Indeed we are not amused in the slightest. Check out the seriousness of our faces.

Dave points at Chad’s face which is all scrunched up and looking mean.

Dave: We are not impressed or amused one bit with the fact that someone has taken over the MOFO FM studio and locked us out.

Chad: know who it could be but we’ve no proof so for now-

Dave: MOFO FM is on the road!

Chad: That is correct we’re taking our award winning show on the road and bringing it to the MOFOite followers tonight, live at Supershow VIII.

Loud cheering is heard and as the camera pans out we see hundreds upon thousands of MOFOites standing around the former tag champs, former Openweight champ and three-time Television champ.

Dave: We are live outside the arena with all these MOFOs!

The fans scream and a “MOFO” chant breaks out. Dave and Chad join in before a pair of extra large blue frilly knickers fly through the air and land on Michael’s head, much to the amusement of Bermingham. Chad takes them off and opens them up, revealing the true size.

Dave: Those knickers are HUGE!!!

Chad shrugs his shoulders and puts the extra large knickers in his pocket.

Chad: Any hole is a goal.

Dave shudders and reluctantly high fives Chad.

Dave: So after months of fun and frolics it’s come down to this-

The camera moves to Dave’s left revealing a huge Team MOFO poster advertising the up and coming matches for the two MOFOs. Dave points at the picture of Chad, Fnord and Duros for the Heavyweight title.

Dave: In the most non-hobosexual way, I’m no Logan Gable-

The fans boo at the mention of the current Openweight champion to which causes Dave to smile.

Dave: That’s not the most flattering photo I’ve ever seen of you Chaddy but still-

Chad: Shut your pie hole Davey before I pull down your pants and you can hang out with your wang out!

Dave clutches his crotch with one hand and gives Chad a big F-U.

Dave: You wouldn’t dare I’d only return the favour and end up showing you up!

Chad: That maybe the case but at least I don’t look like a penis head.

Dave looks shocked and confused.

Dave: What, what, what you mean I look like a penis head?

Chad points at the promotion poster and laughs.

Chad: Your shaven head-

Dave: What of it?

Chad: Do I have to spell it out for you?

Dave frowns.

Chad: You look like a penis!

Dave pushes Chad who stumbles backwards and laughs. A “penis head” chant from the MOFOites break out which causes Michaels to double over in laughter.

Dave: The only penis around here is Logan Gable.

Chad: Oh I don’t know, Fnord is in high contention to be the biggest penis in G-2.

Dave: Hmm, you might have a point there but I can’t decide, maybe the fans can-

Chad: Cheer if you think Fnord is a penis...

Loud “boos” erupt much to the pleasure of The MOFOs.

Dave: And how about Log-

Dave is interrupted as the “boos” from the fans drown out his voice.

Chad: And what about Team MOFO?

The two MOFOs laugh with each other and soak up the cheap pop.

Dave: We appreciate your love.

Chad: Yes, thank you all for your support not only tonight but throughout Team MOFOs lifespan and we hope to continue our fun and frolics as Davey would put it by winning the Openweight and the Heavyweight championship belts tonight!

The fans cheer and Chad nods his head in appreciation and approval.

Dave: You Can’t Stop The MOFOs!

Owens: Coming up next we have a rematch for the Television Championship. Guerrero del Mundo II defeated Trent Bradley for the Television Championship. Trent Bradley has opted to use his rematch clause to face GDM.
Malcom: The major difference between this and their previous encounter is that this match will be an "I Quit" Match. I would have to say the edge should Trent Bradley.

I Quit Match

G-2 Television Championship
Trent Bradley vs. Guerrero Del Mundo II (Champion)

This match has started out with Trent Bradley in total control, using his size and strength to keep GDM off his feet and out of the air. Trent has displayed his obvious dislike for GDM, mocking him after slamming to the mat at every chance he gets. We join in with the action as Trent has whipped GDM to the ropes and leveled him with a mighty powerslam.

Owens: The sheer power of Trent Bradley is keeping Del Mundo grounded!
Malcom: It’s too bad Trent can’t pin in this match, or else it would already be over!

Trent moves over to GDM’s head and applies a dragon sleeper, GDM begins to kick around as Trent tightens the hold, the referee moves in with the microphone and begins to ask GDM if he wants to quit, all we hear are grunts until GDM manages to flip his legs over and knee Trent in the forehead. GDM spins around as Trent releases the hold and takes him down with a spear and begins punching wildly at Trent with viscous lefts and rights. GDM stands up and pulls Trent to his feet and whips him to the ropes, as Trent returns, GDM takes him to the mat with a head scissor takedown and follows it up with a rolling senton over the chest of Trent Bradley.

Owens: And what a comeback from Del Mundo! There’s hope for him to keep his Championship yet!
Malcom: Del Mundo’s gonna hold on as tight as he can, but I think Trent has this one in the bag!

GDM picks up Trent and slaps him across the face before leaping up and dropkicking Trent in the chest, sending Trent stumbling back into the ropes, and bouncing off of them back towards GDM, GDM goes for his cartwheel kick, but Trent sidesteps and drops GDM with a modified sitout powerbomb. Trent gets to his feet and kicks GDM in the chest a few times before connecting with a running leg drop. Trent picks up GDM and yells to the crowd before hitting a belly to belly suplex that launches GDM back first into the turnbuckle. Trent pulls GDM to his feet, laughing as he hooks GDM for The Pennsylvania Plunge, driving GDM’s head into the mat. Trent reaches around and hooks the leg, and into a camel clutch for Straight Shootin.

Malcom: He calls it Straight Shootin’ and this has to be the end, I don’t see GDM getting out of this!
Owens: It does look bad for the Television Champion, indeed, Rhett.

The referee is in GDM’s face with a microphone, asking if he’s like to quit, GDM keeps shaking his head no, and Trent keeps yelling obscenities at him before GDM is able to reach out and barely grasp the bottom rope, causing Trent to have to break the hold, but Trent keeps holding it right up to the five second mark. Trent kicks GDM in the side before the ref pushes him back and helps GDM to his feet, as soon as GDM is up, Trent comes running at him but GDM counters with a shining wizard that knocks Trent for a loop, GDM follows up with a shuffling sidekick that practically sends Trent head over heels to the mat, Trent lays there for a moment, breathing heavily, appears to be in a state of shock which comes to an end as GDM comes running across the ring and hits a running 450 splash on Trent that looks to have knocked the air out of him. Trent is rolling around trying to gasp for air when GDM runs up and locks on a cattle mutilation in the center of the ring. The referee is kneeling down, talking to Trent to see if he quits, microphone in hand, but Trent yells out something that has to be censored.

Owens: Those kind of words cannot be used on national television! Thank god for our editing crew on standby to censor those little slips.
Malcom: Sometimes, Tim, in the heat of a match, you just can’t contain that questionable language, I wonder what Chad Michaels’ excuse is?

GDM cranks on the hold, causing Trent to scream in pain, but he refuses to say the two words that could end his pain. GDM motions to put more emphasis on the move, but as he lowers the amount of pressure, Trent rolls over, taking GDM with him, and breaking the hold. Trent stands up and GDM is right with him and Trent kicks GDM in the gut and plants him with a leaping bull dog. GDM quickly gets up from the move and lunges at Trent and both men exchange lefts and rights in the center of the ring, GDM blocks one of Trent’s left jabs and counters with a spinning heel kick to the head that sends Trent to the mat, but as he tries to run away, Trent grabs his ankle, sending him to the ground. Trent climbs to his feet, as does GDM, GDM plants a foot in Trent’s gut and applies a reverse DDT, but Trent spins out of it and locks on a reverse DDT of his own, but once again, GDM rolls out of it and goes to lift Trent for a reverse suplex, but Trent spins in mid air on the descent and hits GDM with a variation of The Bradley Buster as GDM goes rag doll in the center of the ring, a little bit of blood coming from his mouth. Trent gets a sick look on his face with a very mischievous smile upon his face as he slowly makes his way to GDM’s legs. Trent uses his hands to motion a belt around his waist as he locks in The Keystone Klutch in the center of the ring.

Owens: We might be seeing a new Television Champion here, Rhett, Trent Bradley has Del Mundo exactly where he wants him.
Malcom: I told you that Trent is unstoppable!

GDM is barely conscious, but visibly struggling, as Trent tightens the hold, leaning back further, the ref is checking on him with the microphone before GDM eventually gives and yells “I QUIT” as the ref calls for the bell.

**DING DING DING**

Kingston: Ladies and Gentlemen, your winner by submission, and NEW Television Champion, Trent Bradley!

The referee pulls Trent off of GDM and hands him the Television Championship which Trent holds high as GDM rolls out of the ring, Trent laughing at him the entire time.

Owens: after a hard fought battle, Trent Bradley walks out, once again, the G-2 Television Champion.

The camera goes backstage as the crowd cheer the sight of Duros dressed in his wrestling gear and face paint, standing next to Mike Trent and ready for an interview.

Trent: Duros, after what seemed like an eternity the night had finally arrived! You will step into the ring and face not one but two challengers for your G-2 Heavyweight Championship in Chad Michaels and Fnord. What is running through your head at this time?

Duros: I cannot face them! They will tear me apart and take away my precious gold!

Trent: Really?!

Duros sighs and looks at the ground shaking his head.

Duros: No, Trent, of course not. You have known me for long enough to understand that whoever I face, from whatever federation in this world, I am always confident I will walk out as the victor. I know how Fnord will get eliminated. The mental image is as strong as a high definition television. And I am fully aware of how Chad Michaels will get eliminated, leaving me as the last man standing. The only thing running through my head right now is the final piece of the puzzle, trying to decide how I will celebrate my forthcoming win.

Trent: A bold statement but I wouldn't expect anything less from you, Duros! Is it fair to say that your attitude towards Chad Michaels has changed in recent weeks?

Duros: Well, we all know how what I think of Fnord. Everyone knows what everyone else thinks of Fnord within G-2. The fans, the referees, the wrestlers... he is a a cross between a rat and a lapdog for Kyle Williams. But Michaels is different. Through no fault of my own or anyone else's bar Chad Michaels for letting certain words exit that big mouth of his, I have grown to respect him less and less-...

As Duros looks to go on the fans begin to jeer. Logan Gable steps into the picture dressed for competition. He holds the G-2 Openweight Championship over his shoulder and looks to Duros who doesn't even blink an eye.

Gable: Well look what we have here. We have the current Heavyweight Champion Duros giving an exclusive interview to Mike Trent before his Triple Threat Match later on tonight against Chad Michaels and Fnord. Feeling confident champ?

Duros turns slightly facing Gable looking on with displeasure.

Duros: Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't this my interview time and you are definitely no interviewer? I didn't see Mike Trent looking for you. He came to see me to ask about my match not yours.

Gable: Hold all the hostility my friend. I'm just here to make sure you are prepared for your big match up.

Duros: I am always prepared and I never doubt my abilities as you know, so you can say I am more than confident that I will be leaving the arena with my title.

Duros pats the Heavyweight Championship that rests on his shoulder. Gable looks at it before smiling and patting Mike Trent on the back.

Gable: Gotta love this guy. He's always got a great comeback.

Duros: Since we are playing twenty questions are you prepared for your match against Dave Bermingham?

Logan chuckles and takes off his aviator sunglasses. He tucks them into the waist of his tights and takes a few steps towards Duros.

Gable: I may be jovial right now but you of all people know that once I step through that curtain it is all business. Dave might have picked up a victory over me but I can guarantee he won't be able to do it when it really counts. I have made a name for myself as one of the very best G-2 has to offer. I don't care who I'm facing tonight. When the smoke clears, I'll be standing and I'll still be the Openweight Champion.

Duros: Try not to be too over-confident Gable. That is where you make mistakes.

Gable: Was that advice?

Duros: Yes.

Gable: Be still my beating heart Mike Trent. Duros just gave me advice about a match.

Logan rests his arm and Mike Trent's shoulder and it is easy to tell that Trent can't support the champion's weight.

Duros: Well if you will excuse me-

Gable: Wait one second pal. I don't believe Mike Trent was done with his interview.

Duros raises and his brow and Mike Trent looks towards Gable who is beaming.

Trent: Actually I think I was just about done.

Gable whispers something in his ear and Trent looks stunned.

Gable: Go ahead... ask him.

Trent: I don't know-

Gable: Go ahead.

Duros looks quizzically to Mike Trent who clears his throat. With some trepidation he poses a question to the Heavyweight Champion.

Trent: Is it true that all of you sleep in coffins?

Logan bursts out laughing and doubles over as Duros stands stoically and emotionless. Mike Trent nervously adjusts his tie as Duros looks down at the Openweight Champion who is having a field day with this.

Duros: You are walking an extremely thin line, Trent. You put him up to this, right?

Gable: Oh come on! How are you mad? I am trying to make you angry and get your game face on!

Duros: My game face is already here, always is.

Gable leans in closely inspect Duros' face which still hasn't shown any emotion. Trying to tell the difference between when his game face is on and not.

Gable: You know what, fine. I trust you. I don't want Dave Bermingham winning a thing tonight. And I sure as hell don't want him being able to take something from tonight if he little MOFO buddy wins either. So do me a favor and make sure he doesn't. We've proved we're the best...

Trent: Aroooound!

Gable's eyes widen with shock and he jumps a little as Trent bursts in singing, trying to join in.

Trent:... nothings gonna ever bring you doooooown!

Duros clicks his fingers until Trent and can hear and stops, turning to him. Just as he does his mouth opens wide with pain as Gable delivers a ridiculously high wedgie on him and Trent falls to the floor in agony. Duros and Gable look down, Duros shaking his head with pity and Gable crying not to laugh but quickly failing and bursting out laughing again whilst pointing at Trent before they walk off.

Owens: Ladies and gentlemen once Dave Bermingham and Logan Gable were the best of friends, Jive Soul Bros, but now they have taken different paths. Logan Gable has become a two time Heavyweight Champion and a two time Openweight Champion with an ego inherited from his mentor and ally Hall of Famer ‘The Franchise’ Ken Fuqua. While Dave Bermingham has been the fun loving fan favourite he always was. Yet tonight at SuperShow VIII these two wrestlers, these two former friend will go at it one on one for the first time.
Malcom: What spices this match up even more is that Dave Bermingham was stripped of the G-2 Openweight Championship several weeks ago by Kyle Williams, the title was awarded to Black Death who was defeated by Gable and Gable has put his former friend through many trails to see if ‘The Man Himself’ is worthy of another crack at the gold. Tonight he has his chance, will their be dancing on the streets of Cardiff, Wales tonight as their home town boy takes home the gold? Or will Logan Gable slay the Welsh dragon and put out his fire once and for all?

Singles Match

G-2 Openweight Championship
Dave Bermingham vs. Logan Gable (Champion)

Neither competitor has let the fans down high expectations down so far. Whilst Gable has tried to rile up Bermingham with a series of ground moves, the Man Himself has sometimes tried the same but more often than not just looked to hurt the cocky Gable. We join the match with both in a collar-elbow-tie-up..

Owens: These two have so much history, Rhett, so much good and bad blood shared between them, it is hard to know what may happen here tonight!
Malcom: That's only because you are stupid, Owens, they will fight to the death! And Gable shall come out victorious as Bermingham walks through some field!
Owens: Have you been watching Gladiator again?

Gable places Bermingham in a wristlock but Bermingham rolls forward, flipkicks himself up and slaps the hold away delivering a standing dropkick. Both men roll backwards and squat facing each other as the crowd show appreciation and a Mofo chant begins. They grapple and Bermingham shoves Gable against the ropes delivering three stiff kicks to his chest as Gable crumbles becoming an easy target, and Bermingham steams in to boot Gable's face as he tumbles through the ropes. The fans chant 'Gable Sucks' as he gets up, slamming the apron and watching as Bermingham sits on the middle rope beckoning him in. Gable opts to slide in as the two lock up for another grapple.

Malcom: He sometimes grates me the wrong way but there is no denying that Dave Bermingham is as technically sound as they come in G-2.
Owens: And Gable is no slouch in that department either. They both have to be constantly alert of each other's threat.

Gable twists Bermingham's arm but it gets reversed by Bermingham. Thinking quickly Gable rolls forward and stands placing his foot on the back of Bermingham's knee forcing him to kneel. With the arm lock still applied, Gable bends Bermingham's head back, lifting him into the air and locking feet for an innovative bow and arrow hold, excruciatingly bending Bermingham's back. Barnes asks Bermingham whether he wants to quit but the defiant 'no!' echoes around the place. Gable pulls back with all he has but soon realises Bermingham won't give up this early and relinquishes the hold. But Bermingham's back is troubling him and Gable notices.

1...
Shoulder up!

Malcom: Too soon! But a nice little warning to Bermingham just whose ring this is.
Owens: Bermingham's back could be aching after the bow and arrow hold but he still kicked out of that pin in an instant. He is raring to go tonight.

Gable goes to work with a spinebuster and stomps Bermingham's back before dropping an elbow. He whips Bermingham into the corner but it's reversed as Bermingham nails a bodyplash mixed with a fist to the face! Bermingham's back is troubling him but he is on a roll as Gable stumbles out and Bermingham charges in, but gets hiptossed to the ground and placed in a scissor armbar. Bermingham twists and turns to break the scissors and finally manages to stand but Gable yanks Bermingham's elbow joint across his shoulder as he falls to his knees in pain and doesn't defend from the brutal shining wizard. Gable stands over Bermingham and cracks his knuckles then drags Bermingham up, kicking his stomach and driving his shoulder into the steel ringpost as some front row fans instantly grimace.

Owens: Logan Gable has always had a devilish streak in him and you could tell he enjoyed that! It's a shame he is good at what he does as the man makes me sick sometimes.

Gable struts around Bermingham taunting him and laughing. He picks Bermingham up and drives a knee into his midsection then targets a vertical suplex but Bermingham drops behind and applies a sleeperhold. It is scouted as Gable elbows out and runs off the ropes but gets dominated with a powerslam on his return! Bermingham gets to his feet as pumped up as his fans. He picks up a shocked looking Gable and whips him for an intense clothesline that sends Gable spinning in the air and landing on his stomach! Bermingham whips him again connecting with a savage back elbow to the face. Gable is jaded but gets up and receives a snapmare before Bermingham runs to punt him in the spine!

1...
Kickout!

Malcom: Does Bermingham make you sick too, Owens? Or are you just going to watch his devilish streak like everything is all smiles and rainbows? Hypocrite alert!

Bermingham squeezes with a side headlock then manoeuvres to plant Gable with a DDT. He lifts and whips Gable into the ropes, leapfrogging him first, then laying flat as Gable hops over gathering pace, but as Bermingham gets up again he is cut down with a dropkick to the knee. Bermingham cradles his leg as Gable slowly gets up shouting to the crowd 'how d'ya like me now?'. He picks Bermingham up and rocks him with numerous rapid fire knee lifts, as Bermingham wobbles back, then cuts him down with roaring elbow. Gable whips Bermingham into the corner but it's reversed. Bermingham runs in but receives a boot to his face as Gable hops onto the second turnbuckle, launching himself for a spear but Bermingham counters for a ¾ cutter!

Owens: Good lord! Logan Gable looks unconscious after that! What hat did Bermingham pull that rabbit out of?
Malcom: Well at least I agree with you that Bermingham is a clown! Get up, Logan, get up!

Neither moves through exhaustion until the crowd help Bermingham rise first who then pounces for a cobra clutch as Gable's arms frantically wave around, but Gable forces Bermingham's back into the turnbuckle until its broken. Barnes separates them before Gable stops innocently raising his hands and spins striking with an unfair haymaker as the fans jeer. Barnes pulls them apart before continuing the match. Gable's tactics have worked as Bermingham angrily charges but Gable sidesteps throwing him over the top. He recuperates but doesn't realise Bermingham holding on pulling himself to the apron, hopping onto the top rope for a springboard dropkick as Gable turns, but Gable catches his legs and executes a boston crab, though before its locked in Bermingham counters it rolling into a sitout-pin!

1...
2...
Kickout!

Owens: I was certain that could be it! Gable was for sure not expecting that pin!
Malcom: If Gable had locked in the boston crab it could have been it. Bermingham's back looked painful after the bow and arrow tie-up.

They get up staring down each other and then the crowd who are on their feet! They goto grapple but Gable switches for an armbar, twisting the hand, but Bermingham rolls forward applying his own, as Gable pats this shoulder then flips landing on his feet to armdrag Bermingham, applying a hyperextending wristlock but Bermingham headbutts Gable's and applies the hammerlock. Gable kneels wincing, swiping Bermingham's leg to lock in a grapevine, but Bermingham soon rolls onto his stomach to reverse it as Gable breaks the hold. He clubs Bermingham in the back and whips him, bending for a backdrop but Bermingham spots it and sets up The Cure! The atmosphere is electric as Bermingham runs towards the ropes to send Gable over but Gable drops down behind for a tiger suplex, though Bermingham slides behind him and german suplexes Gable over the top rope outside!

Malcom: Oh my God! Dave Bermingham literally tossed Logan Gable to the outside! What a landing!
Owens: He tried it with The Cure but these too know each other so well and Gable had it covered. But that german suplex was something else!

'Holy Shit!' booms around the D-Town Arena as Bermingham follows and rams Gable's back into the apron, spinning him and doing the same into the crowd barriers, before clotheslining him over it. Gable falls amongst the excited fans who assist Bermingham in dragging him back over. Berminghams rolls into the ring breaking the count and back out to stomp on Gable and scoop him for a bodyslam, but Gable kicks his legs getting the momentum to drop backwards. He finds himself on his feet with Bermingham upside down and drills his head into the hard floor with a cradle piledriver!

Owens: This could be over! Bermingham's head just got planted onto what is practically concrete!

Gable looks hurt from the suplex and struggles getting up as some ringside fans are holding up their Bermingham signs in his face. Gable goes over and snatches a beer from one of them. He takes a big gulp and walks over to Bermingham, standing over his body and spitting it all over him. Screwing the plastic cup up he tosses it at the same fan before flipping the crowd off as the jeers reach new heights, and he stomps Bermingham's chest and rolls him in.

Malcom: Beer mist! He must have learnt that from Duros!
Owens: How much disrespect can Gable show to the fans who used to adore him and the former friend he used to rely on. It's disgusting!

With the fans on his back, Gable brushes it off and delivers a kneebreaker to Bermingham, keeping hold of his leg and stomping on it wildly after. Gable arrogantly struts to the corner and sits on the top turnbuckle, watching with amusement as Bermingham struggles getting up. When he finally does, Gable jumps from the second turnbuckle for a double axe handle, but Bermingham kicks his stomach and slams him for a sitout powerbomb!

No!

Malcom: Gable is still in this! And this bunch of rednecks don't seem happy!

The crowd counted along but sighed with disappointment at the end as Bermingham stands up feeling the same. He takes a deep breathe and whips Gable into the ropes to hit a samoan drop. As Gable is getting up Bermingham runs in for a leg drop bulldog which puts him flat out again. But Bermingham doesn't let him rest, whipping him into the ropes but its reversed as Gable hits a flying lariat, stalking Bermingham after before hooking his arms for a dragon suplex pin!

1...
2...
Kickout!

Owens: No! 'The Man Himself' will not stay down! I don't know if my heart can take this!
Malcom: They're not breaking up with you, Owens, get a grip! Neither can barely walk but one must win!

Barnes begins counting but on 8 both men stand up, barely, facing each other and exchange right fist after right fist. But Bermingham gets the upperhand and works Gable back into the ropes, whipping him and tossing him over his head with a belly-to-belly suplex. The crowd and Bermingham are sensing the end is near as Bermingham stalks Gable. He goes in for the Davestator and lifts him onto his shoulder, but Gable's feet hook the top rope and he doesn't budge! Bermingham drops him down and as he gets up jumps in for a flying lariat, but Gable catches Bermingham on his shoulders and throws him off for a Last Day and covers him!

Malcom: Yes! He could do it here!

**DING DING DING**

Kingston: The winner of this match, and still Openweight Champion, Logan Gable!

The crowd are still in shock from what just happened. Both competitors are face down on the canvas unable to stand up after the effort they put in as some of the crowd are on their feet applauding it, though the majority jeering the decision. Tim Barnes receives the Openweight Championship and helps Gable up, who snatches it from him and lifts it into the air himself to deafening boos. He notices Bermingham getting up and walks over to him as the crowd expect the worse, but instead he helps him up. Gable extends his hand to shake which Bermingham goes to accept, but last second Gable pulls his hand away and raises the championship above his head with a smirk and gives Bermingham the two finger salute! Bermingham shakes his head in stunned disappointment at his former friend and backs off, leaving the ring and motioning the title will be his soon enough.

Owens: I don't know where to begin! What an amazing match put on by these two but Rhett, did you expect any less?
Malcom: Of course not! These are two of the best G-2 had to offer and one of them had to win. But after what just happened then this may not be over just yet, watch this space!
Owens: Logan Gable is still your Openweight Champion and next up Duros, Fnord and Chad Michael all square off for the G-2 Heavyweight Championship, don't go anywhere!

Owens: Ladies and gentlemen it is now time for our main event. Duros defends the Heavyweight Championship against Fnord and Chad Michaels.
Malcom: Fnord won the Golden Opportunity in a battle royal but when Chad Michaels threatened to challenge Duros, Fnord couldn't stand for it. They were both granted a title shot and tonight we find out who wants it more.
Owens: The G-2 Heavyweight Championship is on the line in a Triple Threat Elimination Match. That happens right now!

Suddenly Tim Owens is cut off by the PA system by the mid nineties dance song ‘What is Love?’

Malcom: Hey! I love this song!

The entire arena starts to bop their head side to side ala ‘Night at the Roxbury’, but before they even can get into it becomes obvious that it was only a sample of the song as Eminem’s ‘No Love’ blares over the PA.

Owens: Who in the world could this be? Don’t they know it’s time for our main event? Get security out here! We have a match about to start!

‘No Love’ continues to blare over the PA system as Fnord, Duros, and Chad Michaels look back at the top of the entrance ramp. So far, no one has showed up…the song just continues to run it’s course. As Eminem opens up into his verse, the lights dim down in the arena. Just in case, cameras start flashing inside the arena.

“I’m live again, more alive then I’ve been in my whole entire life. I can see these people ears perk up as I begin, a spaz with a pin. I’m a little bit sicker than most…shit’s gonna get thick again. They say the competition is stiff but I get a hard d*ck from this shit now stick it in. I ain’t ever giving in again…”

The recording starts to skip.

“Giving in again…giving in again…giving in again…”

Malcom: Hey! I think we have a problem with the PA system…someone fix that!

“More alive then I’ve been in my whole entire life…life…life…life.”

And then suddenly, the arena goes silent for a brief seconds. Then, it’s replace by someone breathing into a mic. The camera cuts back to the ring where the three wrestlers are still awaiting for the match to begin. Fnord is looking around, trash talking to both of his opponents…Making the motion around his waist that he is going to be crowned champion tonight. While focusing on Fnord, the G-2 fans start to cheer…quickly, we pan back to the entrance ramp. A figure stands in the darkness, covering up his face with a red and black bandana. He’s holding a briefcase…wait a minute!

Owens: What the hell? Isn’t that the briefcase Fnord has been carrying around…hold on a second…is that…
Malcom: Spit it out Tim!

Before Tim Owens can get anything out of his mouth, the man removes the bandana and the arena explodes. We cut back to the ring to get reactions and both Chad Michaels and Fnord are flipping out, in fact Fnord drops down to his knees in shock.

DeClair: That’s right…I’m back!

Owens: It’s the ‘Golden One’!!! It’s Timothy DeClair!!!

Malcom: I thought Fnord put him on the shelf for good!

The G-2 fans are going nuts, despite their hatred for DeClair, they’re glad to see him back. That’s the original Mr. Golden Opportunity…a former G-2 Openweight champion…a former G-2 Television champion…

DeClair: And in my opinion, better than ever. But that is besides the point…the reason I’m out here right now is pretty obvious.

DeClair starts to walk down the ramp, pointing at Fnord. Back in the ring, Fnord is shaking his head no.

DeClair: I should run down the rest of this ramp, slide under that bottom rope and destroy you Fnord. Destroy your chances at ever becoming a champion…and shove this briefcase down your throat. The briefcase that I earned! I am the one that overcame all the odds and earned this damn thing, not you! And for you to spend the past few months boasting about how great you are…and how much better than me you are. And that you ended my career…and that I’d never return to a G-2 wrestling ring again. But tonight, I’m here to prove you wrong…And you know, I should have contacted the G-2 front office weeks ago and told them I wanted my briefcase back…that I wanted my Golden Opportunity…but I let you enjoy this little masquerade. You got to feel like a man again…”

DeClair stops about ten feet from the ring, still focusing on Fnord. Meanwhile, Michaels and Duros are smiling toward Fnord.

DeClair: I should have never ignored Chris West months ago when he warned me about you Fnord…he warned me about how quick you would double cross me. I just figured that the ‘Lynch Mob’ blood ran thicker than water…oh how wrong I was. Tonight was going to be your night wasn’t it? And hey, it may still be. But win or lose Fnord…you have a bulls eye on your head.

Fnord just keeps shaking his head, still looking like he has seen a ghost.

DeClair: What is it bro? How many years have you known me? Don’t you know it takes a lot to keep me down. I know you were hoping my pride would keep me from coming back…that I’d be too ashamed to show my face back in the G-2 after letting you dismantle me for all the world to see. For all the guys in the back to laugh at me, ridicule me for letting it slip away again. But damn it Fnord…you knew…you knew I’d be back. You knew that nothing could keep me out of the ring…especially you. And look, I’m not here to ruin the main event…I’m not here to jump in there and destroy you, because that’d be too easy. Like I said, win or lose…you are a marked man.

DeClair now starts to back away from the ring, keeping his eyes on Fnord. He leaves the briefcase down by the ramp and points at it then back at Fnord.

DeClair: Gentlemen…one of you will walk out this match the G-2 Heavyweight champion, that’s a fact…And I’m just letting you know, rather the G-2 front office agrees to it or not…I’m facing the winner of this match…for the Heavyweight title…very soon. I’m Mr. Golden Opportunity damn it! I never lost my briefcase to anyone…it was stolen from me…from someone I thought was a friend. And you had the audacity to say I was holding you back…Fnord, I honestly do feel sorry for you though…because I’d hate to know that someone like me was my worst enemy. G-2...the Golden One has spoken…and I will see you next week at Full Throttle.

DeClair turns his back to the ring and starts to walk towards the back. When he gets to the top of the ramp, he turns around once more.

DeClair: Oh yeah… Good luck Fnord.

DeClair throws the mic down the ground and exits through the curtains. We cut back to the ring.

Owens: The main event is about to kick off and Fnord may no longer be in the mindset to win the title here tonight!

-Main Event-
Triple Threat Match

G-2 Heavyweight Championship
Chad Michaels vs. Fnord vs. Duros (Champion)

All three competitors have really turned it up in this contest. With Chad and Fnord as the aggressors, Duros has done his best to pick his spots. Occassionally up to this point Fnord has looked shaken by the return of hi former ally Timothy DeClair just before the match. However as the match has gone on Fnord has regained his composure and looks aggressive.

Owens: The three men competing tonight have really stepped it up. All three are determined to walk out with the Heavyweight Championship.
Malcom: I have to say that I'm going to put money on Duros. Chad Michaels is a tough competitor and Fnord looks to be shaken up by the shocking return of Timothy Declair. But Duros is on, and over the past few weeks he has showed a side that we haven't seen before. What about you Tim?
Owens: It is a tough call and I will have to see more of this match before I can really make an informed decision. Off the top of my head I'm going to also go with Chad Michaels.

Fnord drives Duros back to the corner and unloads with a flurry of heavy forearms. He brings him out and shoots him to the ropes with an Irish whip. As Duros rebounds Fnord floors him with a lariat. Before he can make a cover, Chad Michaels sneaks up and catches Fnord with a school boy.

Kick out!

Owens: Duros nearly cuts Chad Michaels in half with that vicious spear, but only gets a two count.
Malcom: What is important to point out is that Fnord could have broken up the pin attempt but since this is an elimination match he didn't have to. It really is every man for himself tonight.

Duros makes his way over to Fnord and connects with an inverted atomic drop. With Fnord staggering, Duros hits the ropes and takes him down with a spear.

Owens: Kick out! Fnord manages to kick out of Utter Perfection.
Malcom: I will tell you what Tim. These three men are throwing everything they possibly can at each other.

Chad Michaels spies Duros beginning to stir. He makes his way over and as he grabs Duros, the Heavyweight Champion begins firing off at Chad with rights and lefts to he midsection. 'The Orphic' gets to his feet, continuing to send Chad reeling with blows. Duros hits the ropes but as he rebounds, Chad kicks him in the stomach. He hooks Duros by the head and wraps his legs around his, driving him to the canvas with the Impact Drop.

Owens: Duros looked like he was making a comeback but Chad Michaels took him down with the Impact Drop.
Malcom: It doesn't look like “Sudden Impact” is done either.

With the crowd roaring Chad Michaels climbs to the top turnbuckle. Duros is still down as he launches himself off the top rope. He attempts to turn a shooting star press into a guillotine leg drop. As he comes down, Duros manages to roll out of the way at the last minute.

Owens: Chad Michaels goes for The Eclipse but Duros is able to move out of the way at the last second and Chad crashes down hard.
Malcom: It is always risky when you go for those big moves. It didn't pay off and now it looks like Michaels is in a world of pain.

Duros starts to get up to his feet and Fnord is quick to pounce. He grabs him and tosses him over the top rope to the outside. Fnord sizes up Chad and waits for him to get to his feet. Malcom: The big moves have come out but so far everyone still has enough energy to keep themselves from being eliminated.

Fnord is absolutely livid and the fans begin a “Sudden Impact” chant. Fnord positions himself behind Chad and sizes him up for a super kick.

Owens: It looks like Fnord is going to pull out Identity Theft and connect with Utter Perfection.

Fnord goes for the move but Chad Michaels is able to spot it and roll out of the way. Chad Michaels hits the ropes and charges towards Fnord. Fnord goes to grab Chad who slides through his legs. Kingston: Fnord has been eliminated!

Owens: Chad Michaels is able to eliminate Fnord and now it is down to two.
Malcom: I can only assume that Timothy DeClair is backstage with a broad smile on his face because I would say Fnord might have had a bit more in him if he wasn’t still in shock!

Fnord rolls out of the ring still out of it as Chad Michaels soaks in the cheers of the Dallas crowd. As Chad begins to spin around Duros charges at him and nearly cuts him in half with a spear. 'The Orphic' picks Chad up and hoists him onto his shoulders. He tosses him off and knees him in the face with pin-point accuracy!

1...
2...
Shoulder up!

As they both get up to their feet, they charge at each other with both landing a clothesline. They lay on the canvas breathing heavily.

Owens: Double clothesline and both men are down. The remaining challenger and champion have thrown just about everything they can at each other in this contest and still neither can keep the other down.
Malcom: This has been intense and honestly I have no idea who is going to pull out the victory.

The crowd is torn with half cheering for Chad Michaels and the other half chanting for Duros. They both slowly begin to get up to their feet. They stumble to the middle of the ring and begin exchanging blows. Chad Michaels fires off with fists as Duros fires back with forearms and chops. As Duros stands in the center of the ring, Chad springboards to him looking for Element of Your Demise. As he comes towards Duros, the champion is able to leap up and take him down with a spear. Both lay on the canvas with the crowd chanting “G-2”.

Owens: Chad Michaels goes for Element of Your Demise but Duros is able to counter it with a leaping spear. They are both down as neither has been able to sustain any type of momentum.
Malcom: This has been the most epic Heavyweight Championship match I have ever seen. Gotta love G-2!

Owens: SoulStealer!!!

1...
2...
KICK OUT!

Malcom: Even after the SoulStealer, Chad Michaels is able to kick out. What is it going to take for Duros to put Chad Michaels away?
Owens: Chad Michaels is proving that he is a worthy competitor. He took out Fnord and he has just kicked out of the infamous SoulStealer. I don't know what these men are going to have to do to pull out the victory.

Malcom: If I had to guess I would say, we might be looking at a new champion.

Duros slumps down in a nearby corner and waits for Chad to get up. As he does Duros springs towards him looking for the spear. Chad is able to leap over him and Duros crashes head first into the middle turnbuckle. As he staggers out, Chad lays him out with Utter Perfection. He picks him up and delivers the Impact Driver before going for the cover.

1...
2...
SHOULDER UP!

The crowd goes wild as Chad leans back on the canvas and puts his hands over his face in disbelief.

Owens: Duros just showed his resilience by kicking out of the combination of Utter Perfection and the Impact Driver. This is why he is a two time champion.

Chad Michaels rolls over and brings Duros up to his feet. He hooks him for an inverted suplex and hoists him in the air. Duros is able to break free and land behind Chad. Duros grabs Chad and locks in a cobra clutch. As Chad struggles, Duros jumps forward and drives him to the canvas with a face breaker. Duros looks at their position in the ring and drags Chad to the center. He hooks his arms and bridges over, locking in the Exorcism! The fans cheer for Duros as he cranks down on his arms.

Owens: Duros has the Exorcism locked it and Chad Michaels is in the center of the ring. It doesn't look good for the former three time Television Champion.
Malcom: I don't know if it will be enough but this is going to be a hard move to escape. I've never seen this move broken or escaped from when Duros has it fully locked in.

Terry French checks on Chad Michaels who refuses to submit. Duros torques down on the hold and Chad screams out in pain. The champion rolls the hold over and forces Chad into a modified seated abdominal stretch. Duros hammers down on Chad with vicious elbows to the head. With Chad fading out Duros, locks his arms and rolls him back over into the Exorcism. The crowd is going wild as Duros yanks down on the hold with all his might. Chad reaches out and is barely able to tap out. Terry French immediately calls for the bell!

**DING DING DING**

Kingston: The winner of the match by submission and STILL G-2 Heavyweight Champion…’The Orphic’, Duros!

'Dragula' by Rob Zombie begins to play as the crowd in Dallas goes wild. Duros releases the hold and pulls himself over to a corner. He rests himself in the corner as the fans cheer for him. Terry French presents him with the Heavyweight Championship which he rests over his lap.

Owens: After a tremendous contest, Duros manages to pull out the victory. Chad Michaels eliminated Fnord but he was not able to finish off the Heavyweight Champion.
Malcom: All three of the men involved in this contest pulled out all the stops but in the end, the current champion reigned supreme. Duros proves once again why he is the most dominant G-2 Heavyweight Champion of all time. Hats off to 'The Orphic'.

Chad is helped to his feet and out of the ring. He turns back to Duros who nods to him. Duros pulls himself up to the top rope and holds up the G-2 Heavyweight Championship as the crowd goes wild. Chad Michaels exits to the back as all of Dallas shows 'The Orphic' love.
